Years ago, I started my real estate career with a little savings, sleeping on my friend's living room floor, and by printing out 200 color flyers that I then passed out to home owners living nearby. To say that I was either perceived as, or felt like, an expert - wouldn't be true. If anything, I felt like a loser in my late 20's, and more than anything, I was insecure about the future.
