The gentleman in this video is Russ Henneberry - a great guy.

Wholesale Real Estate Investor? Here's How to Get "AV-Rated" Legal Advice for Less Than $20 for All of Your Deals (No sales pitch)

I no longer sell their services, but I still to this day, 9 years later, recommend them.

​Most wholesale real estate investors jump into real estate excited with the prospects of working with their first motivated seller, getting the deal under contract, and then getting the bank financing needed to close the deal.

However, they quickly find out that in order to build a long-lasting, cash-flow producing business, they need a team of experts in their corner to help them.

Experts like:
  • A  mentor
  • A real estate attorney
  • An accountant
  • A Realtor
  • A mortgage broker
  • And more...
When it comes to getting competent legal advice that the Beginner wholesale real estate investor can afford, at $250 to $500 per hour (sometimes $1000 per hour), getting quality legal advice becomes financially out of reach.

Years ago, when I was first introduced to LegalShield.com (then called, "Pre-Paid Legal"), I was pleasantly surprised to the legal advice I needed, but at a fraction of the cost.

  • I could have my real estate attorneys draft legal debt collection letters for me when my tenants didn't pay me, so I would never risk being accused as an abusive debt collector (See Fair Debt Collection Practices Act - FDCP) which can happen when you're emotional and you call your tenant 100 times to collect on an owed debt.
  • I could use them for personal matters, small or big (which I have for 9 years).
  • And tons more.

I used to sell their product, in fact, but again, this post is not a sales pitch, so put your wallet away. I no longer sell their services, but... I still highly recommend them.

Since PPL (Pre-Paid Legal) was sold some years back, they've taken some necessary steps to modernize the company by giving it a "Jenny Jones" website makeover, among other things.

So, if you're looking for competent legal help to grow your wholesaling business, I highly recommend them. Frankly, you can use them for so many other things (non-business related) that you'd be nuts not to get them.
